3.4 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining funds before making the request, as transactions may be limited after the account is closed. Self-exclusion can also be activated in line with our Responsible Gaming policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

A 150% bonus, up to ৳20,000, is available on your first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; before withdrawing, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The same promotion cannot be activated more than once unless stated otherwise in its terms.
• fancywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The fancywin VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

Betting and Gaming Rules

fancywin offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, and card games. Detailed rules specific to each category apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• If odds or payouts are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, fancywin reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• In the event of a lost internet connection or system failure during an active bet or game, fancywin will treat the last recorded state as final.
• If match fixing, collusion, or any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots is strictly prohibited.
